When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, job address or suburb, the service required, timing, site access details, your job description and any files you attach.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell your information.
Storage and sharing
Enquiry details are stored in the systems we use to run the business and may be shared with suppliers or subcontractors only where required to complete your job. Retention period to be confirmed.
Access and corrections
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@rigidearthworks.com.au or calling 0402 267 525.
